The All-In-Implant™ System

The All-In-Implant™ Concept allows the practitioner to plan and have everything available to extract a tooth and place an immediate implant.  Based on primary stability achieved, the practitioner has two options:

All-In-Implant™ 1-Stage

With qualifying torque and ISQ values, the final custom abutment and temporary crown are placed.

All-In-Implant™ 2-Stage

With non-qualifying torque and ISQ values or in cases where the practitioner does not have peace of mind to load the implant immediately, a custom healing abutment is placed.

Preplanning with the ability to extract a tooth virtually provides the exact emergence profile from the implant platform up to the restoration.  This allows for the preservation of the natural tooth’s gingival contours and the preservation of the interdental papillae. The virtual extraction even allows for the planning of Partial Extraction Therapy (PET) for preservation of the buccal bone.  Bone loss is limited to the absolute minimum by grafting the remaining root socket/s.
